A conference and wedding venue with over 10 banqueting and wedding venues is looking to employ a Food and Bev Duty Manager with the following requirements:

Minimum of 3 years 5* Food and Beverage Hotel experience in a multi-outlet property.

Will need to be accustomed to setting up and breaking down of venues alsong with planning and sorting operating equipment.

Opera and Micros experience would be an added advantage.

Must have excellent banquet floor management experience to be considered.

Capable and experienced duty manager who will be responsible for overseeing operation when on duty.

Willing to work evening shifts and some weekends, be a team player.

Be able to manage banqueting and restaurant operations in the evening with the assistance of the food and beverage manager.

Drivers licence.
