The role will be a junior marketing & social media coordinator, full-time position with some travelling involved. Must be computer literate, great time management skills & be able to meet deadlines & developed interpersonal skills. 2 years minimum experience required in sales & marketing role. Will be required to work weekends, late shifts, public holidays & when needed.

➢ Follow-up of proposals, phone calls, and inquiries.
➢ Cold calling of potential clients & generating new leads

➢ Social Media Ad Campaign creation knowledge
➢ Responses on social reviews and engagement from guests
➢ Maintain files & tracking of activities such as print inquiries, tourism visits, etc.
➢ Digital platform and website management and social media platform maintenance.
o Social Media - Completion of tasks set out by manager for the week in terms of social media posting & engagement.
o Keeping up with the latest trends on social media
➢ Build & put together reports & research requested by managers on social platforms as well as feedback on events.
➢ Monthly social and marketing reports
➢ Attend meetings with Sales & Marketing Manager as requested to communicate groups and events.
➢ Ensuring that the cafe is informed, updated of current events and to ensure the correct execution of events, new menus updates, LTOs etc.
➢ Ability to work independently while ensuring that managers and/or clients possess the pertinent information for the execution of a success venture
➢ Understand the brand & tone when representing the brand in any avenue
➢ Fulfill any additional requirements requested that is in line with your position expectations
