Our client is recruiting a HR Generalist, who will be based in Bryanston.
Requirements:
- Recruitment: A strong background in recruitment is required, experience with scarce skills.
- Administration: Reporting, administration, employee contracts, administer and coordinate inductions and orientation.
- Performance Management: Facilitate and ensure training is set for all relevant stakeholders.
- Industrial Relations: Provide advice, draft warnings, ensuring manager have received IR Training.
- Training: As per training calendar. Facilitates T&D for employees in company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree
- 3 years proven experience
- Prior talent acquisition

Salary: R360 000,00 - R420 000,00 per year
