- Order Fulfillment: Overseeing the accurate picking, packing, wrapping, and staging of customer orders.
- Loading & Quality Control: Supervising cargo loading into delivery vehicles and conducting final quality checks to prevent order discrepancies.
- Fleet & Driver Coordination: Scheduling vehicle deployments, assigning routes, and issuing instructions to drivers or external transport providers.
- Documentation Management: Creating and verifying critical paperwork, including picking slips, invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) notes.
- Team Leadership: Training, scheduling, and monitoring the productivity of warehouse laborers, dispatch clerks, and handlers
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of specialized experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
