To manage the Clientèle Telesales leads acquisition strategy by on-boarding and managing lead partners, managing lead delivery and supporting campaign performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate Operational strategy in relation to Marketing on lead distribution with analytics.
- Report hourly, daily, weekly and monthly to business on findings.
- Effectively managing the support team (Quality Assurance) and ensuring KPI's and SLAs are met.
- Manage supplier relationships by tracking and reporting on budgets, lead volumes and campaign performance.
- Assist with monthly invoicing.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly supplier reviews.
- Monitor conversion and report to stakeholders for the Marketing and Telesales departments.
- Monitor key metrics on campaigns – Cost per Lead, Cost per Sale and First Premium Unmets.
- Ensure operational efficiency of applicable processes/structures/systems in the on-boarding of suppliers, campaign setup and reporting.
- Ensure the effective allocation, management and optimization of campaigns alongside Dialler Management and Telesales.
- Ensure Procedural enhancements as and when required.
- Analyse efficiencies within Media and Telesales – regarding leads.
- Make recommendations and implement solutions (reporting and analytics) with regard to lead distributions in Telesales & Media planning.
- Translate suggestions into workable solutions.
- Address inefficiencies across all departments (internal and external) leads and outsourced lead providers.
- Develop and manage relationships and SLA's with relevant business partners (Telesales & Media department).
- Attend relevant Telesales forums in relation to lead management and campaign performance.
- Generate relevant reports and reporting to Senior Management.
- Management of lead opt outs in relation to POPIA.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years Marketing/administration experience
