We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their career in IT Support or administration, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical and administrative support to staff or clients
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues (hardware, software, network access)
- Assist with user account setup, permissions, and system access
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Support system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Matric Certificate (Compulsory)
- Diploma IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or currently studying)
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exposure to help desk or ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory or similar tools
- Previous internship or work experience in a support role
- Asset Management
