Job Description
In this role, you will harness your skills in content ideation to develop innovative concepts that captivate audiences. You will shine in graphic design and illustration, as well as in video production and editing, with a special focus on engaging social media video content. Your expertise in motion graphics animation will elevate our projects and enhance our visual storytelling. Collaboration is key, and you’ll have the opportunity to manage relationships with stakeholders across APAC countries, ensuring our content meets their diverse needs.

Your role in the team
As part of the APAC Content and Client Experience team, you will contribute to the commercial success of the APAC region. Your role will help elevate the existing content offering through creative visual and multimedia elements in line with IG's brand principles. You will support the social media team with beautiful, eye-catching video assets that sets IG apart from its competitors. You will contribute to the production of educational materials, social media assets, SEO articles and client mailers. You will also support the team by assisting with content uploads through IG's content management system.
What you’ll do

Collaborative ideation with the rest of the content team

Assume creative and production responsibility for the visual and video elements for the team

Support the social media manager to develop visual and video content for all APAC markets

Produce motion graphics animated video

Stay on top of industry trends in social media video and images to ensure IG stays relevant and ahead of competitors

Engage with APAC stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise around visual and video communication

Ongoing competitor analysis to ensure IG stays ahead of the curve

What you’ll need for this role

Multimedia design and production experience, including motion graphics animation experience

A strong understanding of social media platforms and video trends

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro

Web editing experience beneficial

The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

Strong communication skills

Self-motivation and organisational skills – the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively
