The exclusive Langaro Spa, looming under The Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for a Wellness Host to join their experienced and dynamic team. You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of how to engage with high-quality guests and staff. If you’re skilled in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a polished demeanour and clear, effective communication, we’d love to have you join our team. Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding experience for both our guests and team members.
What is required:
As a Wellness Host, you will guide guests through every step of their wellness journey, from planning to completion. You’ll warmly welcome and assist guests with their personalized activities, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. Collaborating with spa, dining, and housekeeping teams, you’ll be the main point of contact, addressing guest needs with care and attentiveness, making their stay unforgettable.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous.

Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/Wellness Centre.

Experience working as a Receptionist/ Host in a Spa/Wellness Centre.

Motivated, self-starter and able to take initiative.

MS Office, Excel and ESP.

Opera knowledge is essential.
