- You can execute ad launches inside Meta Ads Manager following a defined process - uploading creatives, building campaigns, ad sets, and ads to spec, applying naming conventions precisely, scheduling, and maintaining account organization with zero errors. Strong candidates will also be able to recommend improvements to naming conventions and reporting structures based on prior experience.
- You are highly organized, advanced in Excel and Google Sheets, and have built or are capable of building operational and KPI tracking systems from scratch in Notion, Asana, or Monday. We do not currently have these systems in place, so you would be responsible for setting them up.
- You have substantive marketing research experience - competitor ad analysis, Reddit, customer reviews, consumer language research - and can surface new angles and product-level problems worth solving.

About the Role
We are a DTC brand operator building and scaling high-velocity consumer brands. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to take ownership of three core areas: executing Meta ad launches end-to-end, building operational and KPI tracking systems for our team (customer support, editors, creative strategist), and conducting marketing research that feeds our creative pipeline. You will report directly to the CEO. The role requires speed, accuracy, ownership, and the ability to operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Execute ad launches in Meta Ads Manager per brief: build, name, schedule, QA, and maintain account organization
- Build and maintain KPI tracking and operational systems in Google Sheets and Notion/Asana/Monday across customer support, editors, and creative
- Conduct competitor, Reddit, and consumer language research to surface new angles and product-level problems
- Coordinate UGC sourcing and influencer outreach
