Skills & Knowledge Required:

2-3 years of experience in Reservations or Revenue Management

Hospitality diploma or equivalent qualification is preferable

Ability to excel in a pressured environment

Willingness to work shifts as required

Excellent communication skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong planning and organizational skills

Proficient in Opera PMS, Word, and Excel

Experience with Opera PMS configuration is a plus

Demonstrated guest-centric approach

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

Previous experience with revenue reporting and online travel agents’ extranets

Understanding of market segmentation and target markets

Knowledgeable in forecasting and budgeting
