Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns that enhance the brand’s presence in the luxury restaurant and hospitality space. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
o
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning.
o
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Content Creation & Management:
o
Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, brochures, and promotional videos.
o
Manage and update the company’s digital assets, including websites and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Event Coordination:
o
Assist in planning and executing events, including launches, press events, and brand partnerships.
o
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support.
Market Research:
o
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the luxury segment.
o
Assist in analyzing market data and preparing reports for the Marketing Manager.
Social Media Management:
o
Monitor and manage the brand’s social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
o
Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand’s luxury image and voice.
Administrative Support:
o
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
o
Assist in tracking marketing expenses and managing the department’s budget.
Public Relations Support:
o
Assist in coordinating public relations activities, including drafting press releases and liaising with media outlets.
o
Help maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to promote the brand.
Reporting & Analytics:
o
Assist in monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, compiling reports, and providing insights to optimize future activities.
o
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
o
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
o
2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
o
Experience with social media management, content creation, and event coordination.
Skills:
