About the Role
An established international professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a small group of senior stakeholders operating across multiple regions.
This role requires a highly organised, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and provide high-quality executive support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the leadership team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Complex diary and calendar management
Email and inbox management
Meeting coordination and scheduling
Travel arrangements and itinerary management
Preparation of reports, presentations and documentation
Action tracking and follow-up
Stakeholder liaison and relationship management
Research and information gathering
Administrative and operational support
Process improvement and documentation
Weekly progress updates to management
Monthly activity reporting for review and approval
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior executives
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, Practice Manager or similar role
Experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, legal, financial services, corporate services or related environments
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Working hours aligned primarily to international business operations
Some flexibility may be required to support stakeholders across different time zones
