About the Role:
We're looking for friendly, skilled Sushi Chefs to join our team.
You'll prepare fresh, high quality sushi in a fast paced casual setting.
Keep our sushi bar running and bring good energy to a team that loves great food and great guests.
Select and handle fresh fish and seafood safely and efficiently.
Track inventory and help minimize waste of fresh ingredients.
Support and mentor new team members.
Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menus.
We're looking for:
2+ years of hands-on sushi preparation and experience.
Solid knife skills.
Familiar with Japanese ingredients and basic techniques.
Food & safety certification or a willingness to obtain one.
Clear communication and a team first attitude.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: R16 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
