Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservations system. Responsible for loading all contracted rates received from sales. Manage all booking portals, including API connections and OTA platforms. Create and manage allocations. Identify peak and low periods and take appropriate action to maximise revenues and occupancies. Assisting the Reservations Manager with inventory management. Generating systems reports weekly & ad hoc as required. Requirements: System knowledge – NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar position Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in English Well-organized with good time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Works well and accurately under pressure.
