We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electronic security installation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure productivity, quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Allocate labour, equipment and materials effectively while minimizing wastage and ensuring project profitability.
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met and maintained on site.
- Attend site meetings and maintain professional communication with clients, contractors and management.
- Complete basic commissioning where required.
- Ensure accurate project administration, including job cards, as-built drawings, daily reports and Health & Safety documentation.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are properly maintained and defects reported.
- Lead by example, uphold company values and support the development of team members.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience within the Electronic Security industry.
- Proven experience managing installation teams on commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection and Structured Cabling systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans.
- Good understanding of commissioning processes.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and email).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
