Job Overview
To provide ad-hoc support to the HR Department with your main focus on Telephonic Recruitment, Resourcing Administration, Probity Checks, Reference Checks, Data Capturing and Filing of Internal and External Applications
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Provide Support to the HR Department in Relation to all Recruitment Requirements
Conducting Telephonic Screening Assessments
Shortlisting of CV’s to ensure categorization of skillsets
Ensuring that all Recruitment documents are up to date and in order
Assistance in hosting Open Days, Job Fairs and Assessment Centers.
Capturing of new recruit details and processing of all documents aligned to each recruit.
Processing of Integrity Checks
Conduct and processing of all Reference Checks and Confirmation of employment
Completion of any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

Competent at decision making and First Time Resolution
Understanding of 360 Recruitment Methodology
BEST R&S methodologies(Preferred)
Quality Orientated
Excellent Timekeeping
Great Administrative Skills
Good problem solving skills
Keen eye for identifying strengths and weaknesses
Superb command of the English Language
Qualifications and Experience
1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administration or Recruitment Role
Knowledge of Recruitment Process & Procedures – Essential
Bulk Recruitment Experience – Advantageous
Proven experience working with Excel – Essential
Good Administration Experience – Essential
Experience in working in a high pressured environment – Essential
Assessment Process( Progression in process subject to reaching the requirements in each stage )
Stage 1 - Application Form
Stage 2 - Assessment
Stage 3 - Competency Based Interview & Presentation
Stage 4 - Final Stage Interview
