Job Description –
Handling Multiple project documentation.
Detailed preparation of the work plan, Resource plan and Budget for all projects based on input from Superior.
Follow the complete documentation cycle for material purchase including material requisition, technical specification, budget reference check, payment processing, and material receipt at the project site.
Able to Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices at the project site (if required).
Preparation of contract Agreements along with other documents required to hire subcontractor or Machinery.
Subcontractor/Vendor monthly planning & Billing
Monitoring and tracking project progress; preparing daily & weekly progress reports; preparing monthly reconciliation of material, manpower, and machinery.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
Maximise billings and profitability of the project for given project scope
Develop/ Maintains project database and generate additional reports as required by project manager or Superiors.
Pay: R1 000,00 - R1 200,00 per month
