Location: Somerset West - Mall Interchange area OFFICE BASED

Salary: R22 000 (gross) per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Medical Healthcare Talent Partner to join our dynamic Medical Recruitment team.
This is a fast-paced, 360 recruitment support role where you will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience to both candidates and clients, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates within the medical and healthcare sector
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
- Coordinate interviews, placements, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Support Principal Recruitment Consultants with campaigns and business development
Compliance & Onboarding
- Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant
- Conduct reference checks, right-to-work verification, and background screening
- Maintain up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to company and healthcare compliance standards
Administration & Operations
- Handle payroll, timesheet, and invoicing queries professionally
- Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing
- Maintain accurate placement and contract records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Prepare reports and track recruitment activity
Requirements
- Proven experience within the recruitment industry (essential)
- Experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (highly advantageous)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and compliance
- Experience using CRM/recruitment systems (e.g. Tracker or similar)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Working Hours & Roster
This role operates within a 7-day rotational shift environment:
- Operating hours: 05:00 – 22:00
- Weekly hours: 40 hours
- Shift patterns include:
- 06:00 – 15:00
- 08:30 – 17:30
- 13:00 – 22:00
- Weekend and public holiday shifts required on a rotational basis
- Public holidays include a mix of South African and Irish calendars
- Schedules are planned in advance and distributed fairly
