Job Description
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking Car Wash Attendants to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle cleaning services while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles to company standards.
- Perform mini valets, hand glazes, full valet and other services as required.
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care at all times and returned to customers in excellent condition.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and wash bays.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers at all times.
- Assist with stock control and the proper use of cleaning products and equipment as and when required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Previous car wash, valet, cleaning, or customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
