Award winning catering company doing high end events & weddings in and around Gauteng is looking for Junior & Senior Events Coordinators.

Able to put together mood boards and design a look & feel from start to finish.

Ensure that the highest standard of performance and service is achieved when selling, reserving, planning and executing weddings, events and additional services.

To process all enquiries timeously and efficiently

To coordinate with other departments, suppliers and management by maintaining clear and prompt communication between all parties

Ensuring that all correspondence with clients reflects the professionalism of the company standard and enhances the relationships with key suppliers

To maximize revenue generating opportunities, whilst enhancing the client service experience

To liaise with clients, ascertaining their requirements and co-ordinating these needs to ensure the successful execution of their function.

To be present on the day of event, coordinating all setups and preparations, overseeing all the clients needs leading up to and on the day
Requirements:

Matric
-
Hospitality Diploma preferred.
-
3-5 years’ related experience
-
An understanding of food and a good eye for design / decor
-
Must be flexible to work hospitality hours, weekends and evenings.

Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
