VACANCY: SITE SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Are you a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a committed professional to supervise our security guarding personnel and ensure that all security operations are carried out effectively and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- PSIRA Grade B* or A*
- Competency Certificates (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a security supervisory role
- Valid driver's licence
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage security personnel effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect uniforms, grooming standards, and security equipment before deployment.
- Supervise and manage security personnel on site.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Conduct physical patrols across all assigned sites.
- Check and sign the Occurrence Book (OB) and patrol sheets.
- Compile detailed incident reports for theft, accidents, injuries, damages, and other security-related incidents.
- Identify and report security risks, vulnerabilities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct proper handovers to the next supervisor, ensuring all outstanding issues and risks are clearly communicated.
