Job Description

You will be responsible for handling all reservations for a 77 roomed property

Handle reservations and make regular bookings.

Ensure that profiles of arriving guests are updated on the system.

Manage channel managers and property management systems

Ensure that confirmations of bookings are completed and sent out promptly.

Respond to initial enquiries and requests.

Liaise with departments and provide updates on arrivals, groups, special requests and functions.

Ensure Proforma Invoices are sent out in time to guests and Agents.

Follow up with guests on payment of Invoices.

Assist with bookings/co-ordination for small conferences
-
Ability to work on Saturdays if and when required
Qualifications
Hotel Management Diploma
Skills
At least 1 years' experience in Reservations position within a hotel environment. Must know OTA systems. Apex/HTI knowledge. Basic event co-ordination knowledge. Virtual card payment knowledge.
