- Oversee the day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery across all departments.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and support operational teams while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures using OPERA Cloud.
- Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
- Assist with restaurant bookings, reservations, and switchboard operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where required.
- Ensure operational procedures and luxury hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
- Post-matric hospitality qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury five-star hotel or similar environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong working knowledge of OPERA Cloud.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Professional, organised, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Own transport will be advantageous.
