The Technical Service Department at the is a flat, learning-oriented organization where collaboration and independence are key. Each team member has their own area of responsibility and works together to drive ongoing process improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:

Resolving mechanical and electrical malfunctions in machines, production lines, and utilities;

Performing preventive maintenance and inspections;
-
Analyzing malfunctions and providing long-term solutions;
-
Implementing modifications and improvements to optimize production;
-
Coordinating external contractors and ordering necessary materials;
-
Working closely with fellow technicians and production departments
Who are you?
You are a hands-on, solutions-oriented technician who enjoys variety and responsibility. You bring:

✅ At least MBO level 3 (intermediate vocational technical education) or equivalent working and thinking level;
-
✅ A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar;
-
✅ A few years of experience as a technician in a production environment or machinery industry;
-
✅ Knowledge of mechanical and electrical fault resolution and maintenance procedures;
-
✅ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or PLC control systems (pre: Siemens S5/S7 and Lenze);
-
✅ Willingness to occasionally participate in on-call duty;
-
✅ A proactive, independent work style, with good prioritization and teamwork skills.
