We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As part of our sales force, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most — their lives, families, and futures.
You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products (life, funeral, medical, and/or short-term).
- Approach potential clients through fieldwork, leads, referrals, or networking.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate cover for each client.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and costs clearly to clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in insurance or sales (advantageous, but not essential — training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Own transport (advantageous).

Pay: R1 500,00 - R3 000,00 per week
