We are looking for a Solutions Owner to join the team on a 12 month hybrid engagement.
The Solutions Owner will be accountable for managing the-end-to end flow of all run the bank changes and build of new solutions within an allocated client journey (i.e. AO / AMS). Responsible to lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled team to build the selected features / solutions
within the client journey across multiple platforms and systems.
Key Accountabilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of features and solutions that create business and client value.
Collaborate with Solution Owners, IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment across the client journey.
Manage and prioritise solution backlogs, delivery sequencing, and build activities across run and build initiatives.
Ensure all solutions comply with governance, risk, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across business, technology, compliance, and operational teams.
Oversee solution feasibility, integration, and implementation across multiple platforms and channels.
Ensure a consistent and seamless client experience across all customer touchpoints and channels.
Manage risks, dependencies, production impacts, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support solution adoption through change management, communication, training, and marketing enablement.
Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement by identifying and sharing lessons learned.
Provide input into business cases, talent planning, learning and development, and people initiatives.
Promote a high-performance, client-centric culture aligned to organisational values and leadership principles.

Contribute to business cases, roadmap planning, and strategic solution delivery initiatives.
