We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Recruiter to assist with some high-volume recruitment needs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with hiring managers in writing job descriptions, reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates
- Source candidates through LinkedIn recruiter and other sources, limiting use of recruitment agencies and driving recruitment cost down
- Conduct telephonic screening of candidate CV’s and forward to hiring managers
- Assist in scheduling interviews
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Conduct reference checks
- Send decline emails to unsuccessful candidates
- Continuously building the 99c talent pipeline via LinkedIn and other recruitment sources directly
- Report to hiring managers and HC on the status of open positions
- Implement a well-established recruitment metrics
- Onboarding of new starters such as producing offer letters, contracts and ensure they are onboarding correctly
- Managing the collation of references, MIE background clearance as relevant to each role
- Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment
- Ensure all new starter paperwork is received, saved on SharePoint
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
