Job Title: Card Sales Support Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Card Sales Support Consultant to join our client on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our card sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. As a Card Sales Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and sales support to the card sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all customer service matters, complaints, requests.
- Perform the Final Tier check and validation of customer files prepared by frontline in terms of back-office process and procedure to ensure a high standard of compliance in terms of regulatory requirements.
- Critically pay attention to details.
- Support the development and maintenance of Acquisition back-office processes.
- Adhere to all processes in the back office and identify opportunities to improve servicing frontline when conducting case Remediation.
- Monitor and control risk associated with the customer documentation.
- Ensure that all activities performed in providing Customer Services through case processing comply in all respects with FICA, compliance policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements.
- Ability to attend to both inbound and outbound calls.
- Meeting set performance standards.
- Establish and maintain good professional relationships with relevant stakeholders to remain abreast of their needs and issues and respond rapidly and effectively.
- Owning and being proactive about own training and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Higher Certificate: Banking, National Senior Certificate/ Matric (Grade12).

Post Grade12 qualification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years in customer service in Banking Sector environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking products.
- Basic knowledge of supporting documents for new credit card customers, KNOW Your Customer (KYC) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Sybrin and CAMS will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Team Player.
