If so, our HR Graduate Program offers a comprehensive and practical learning experience designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field.
In our rotational program, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various HR functions while understanding the unique challenges of the mining industry in South Africa. Over the course of 18 months, you will engage in different phases that cover areas such as wage negotiations, industrial relations, dispute resolutions, general HR, organizational development, and learning and development. This structure ensures a holistic understanding of HR operations and provides a platform for you to make a meaningful contribution to our business. Regular reviews and feedback will guide your progress, helping you meet your goals and the program's objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an HR Graduate, you will be involved in the following activities:

Participating in wage negotiations and case management on sites, learning from Industrial Relations specialists.

Shadowing and observing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA, and labour court processes.

Assisting with risk reporting and community stakeholder engagement.

Reviewing and updating HR policies.

Rotating into various areas of HR, including general HR, organizational development, and learning and development.

Assisting in the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.

Overseeing the company's training and orientation programs.

Maintaining and updating employee records and disciplinary information.

Completing and filing HR documents.

Involved in EE, BBBEE and Transformation work.

Facilitating ownership by employees or communities to achieve transformation objectives.
Qualification Requirements
- Completed LLB or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with Advanced Diploma in Labour Law
