Due to extensive growth my client is seeking an Admitted Attorney boasting 2 plus years of post-admission experience in High Court Banking Litigation, particularly specialising in Foreclosures.
Minimum Requirements
- Admitted attorney.
- Minimum 2 years post admission experience, specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on Foreclosures and vehicle and asset finance matters.
- Previous experienceworking on GhostPractice and CACS would be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Possess high court litigation experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Previous experience in managing junior personnel would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
- Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
- Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
- Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so require.
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
