Position: Contact Center Sales Agent
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. We welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
