Opportunities in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London with a Healthcare IT Company to promote and sell software solutions to Healthcare practices and facilities in the private sector.
The successful candidates will use their business development and relationship building skills to generate leads, build a pipeline of opportunities, demonstrate software solutions and manange the entire sales cycles to achieve monthly revenue and unit targets in an allocated territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a territory go-to market plan
- Generate leads via cold-calling and other contact initiators
- Build a pipeline of opportunities that is sufficient to cover the target
- Achieve monthly revenue and unit targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle including: demand generation, presentation and demonstration of the products and services, concluding the sale and overseeing the contractual process
- Carry out the sales administration processses and reporting
- Provide market, customer and competitive feedback
- Keep up to date with progam changes, sales stratgies and presentations
- Post-installation customer contact to ensure quality and user satisfaction
- Ongoing customer contact to explore opportunities for upselling
Requirements to apply for the position include:
- Matric with a tertiary qualification is preferred
- Valid drivers licence with own reliable vehicle
- Sales in-field experience in the Healthcare or IT sectors
- Face-to-Face cold calling experience
- Competency at demonstrating software solutions
- Effective at building a pipeline and closing sales
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
- Customer focused, resilient, target driven and action oriented
- A good understanding of the SA Private Healthcare Industry is advantageous
