Build and activate multichannel campaigns in HubSpot and Marketo and manage strategic marketing projects (lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, lead process, data management, system audits, lead nurturing and reporting)
Build B2B campaign architectures, leveraging inbound and outbound tactics across the buyer’s journey
Setup all email campaigns, which will require email and landing page design troubleshooting (including minor web development/HTML editing), AB testing setup, and ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
Create and update emails, online forms, and monthly newsletters to customer, prospects, and partners
Test pending campaigns within all browsers/web configurations
Analyze usability and compatibility across devices
Follow standard process to import data lists from various sources, including validating and cleaning lists prior to upload to maintain good database hygiene
Optimize data quality using automated programs to perform regular data hygiene activities
Keep the marketing instance clean from outdated segmentation lists, campaigns, landing pages, automation rules and other assets that are no longer used by marketers
Review user recordings and improve website and landing page functionality
Find and fix bugs that hamper user experience and hurt conversion rate
Gather metrics to monitor instance health in terms of senders score, spam complaints rate, bounces, email sending volume, unsubscribes and engagement rate
Analyze campaign performance and provide data driven make recommendations to stakeholders to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates
Monitor integration between Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo
Keep abreast of current trends, changes, and news within the marketing automation and CRM space and regularly share information with marketing team
Build and manage dashboards to measure, track and report on marketing performance
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or information technology related discipline (marketing technologies preferred)
At least 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in creating and implementing integrated campaigns directly using or administrating HubSpot and Marketo
Experience with marketing automation strategies, including: progressive profiling, nurturing campaigns and dynamic segmentation Advanced knowledge of demand generation techniques and email fundamentals, including experience in customer journey mapping and understanding of the buying cycle, personas and lead progression
Experience with scoring models, workflows, templates, list import and A/B testing
Development and administrative certification, or proven experience in Salesforce
Well versed in HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and Twitter ads a plus
Experience with WordPress a plus, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio, UML, flow charts
Integration experience strongly preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
