Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer care

Front House and Kitchen staff management on a daily basis

Responsible for cash ups recon for the day

Responsible for opening and closing the shop

Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

Responsible for handling customer queries

Check emails and telephone messages
