Looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a reservations department for multiple properties. The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:
- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation
elements of the business
- Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and
email
- Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar
position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be
advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Works well and accurately under pressure
