Introduction
Urgently looking for experienced Car Parts Salesmen at our GWM Haval/Honda Wings dealerships.
This role requires a strong counter-sales professional who can confidently assist our workshops and walk-in customers, while driving turnover through upselling, cross-selling, and excellent parts knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Counter sales
- Assist workshop with correct parts identification
- Upsell kits, alternatives, specials and cross-sell related items
- Use parts catalogues and systems for lookups and pricing
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups and order processing
- Work closely with the branch team to meet sales targets
- Maintain strong customer service and professional communication
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2+ years automotive car parts sales experience (aftermarket or dealership parts counter)
- Proven experience in counter sales / workshop trade sales
- Strong knowledge of:
- Engine parts
- Service parts
- Suspension and braking components
- Experience using parts catalogues / lookup systems and Evolve or similar
- Able to work retail hours (including Saturdays)
Pay: R3 887,57 - R26 279,37 per month
Work Location: In person
