An well established local glass company is seeking to permanently employ a Creditors Clerk. The office is situated in Somerset West.
The Creditors Clerk is responsible for the timeous and accurate capturing of supplier invoices, timeous and accurate reconciliations of suppliers statements and ensuring that suppliers are paid timeously. You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creditor / accounting position
- Computer literate – experience on Great Plains, Great Plains and Dynamics LS Central system or similar accounting/ERP system.
- Familiar with MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate and work well in a team environment as well as on an individual basis
Salary: R10k – R14k dependent on experience and skills
