What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with creating and managing social media content.
- Promote our products, services, and training programmes.
- Help generate leads and grow brand awareness.
- Engage professionally with customers both online and in-store.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Assist with administrative duties and office operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
- Learn about cellphone repairs, accessories, and the mobile technology industry.
- Support the sales team by assisting customers and recommending products and services.
- Capture customer information accurately and maintain records.
- Meet daily and weekly sales and marketing targets.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
