In this role, you will analyse sales, financial and operational data, develop insightful dashboards and reports, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you will help optimise business performance through advanced analytics and business intelligence.

- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics within an FMCG environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or a similar BI platform).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial acumen.
- Experience analysing large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL and AI-enabled analytics tools will be advantageous.
- Analyse sales, financial, customer and operational data to identify trends, risks and business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain and automate dashboards, reports and business intelligence tools.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly commercial and financial reports.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic business and commercial decision-making.
- Analyse pricing, promotions, margins, customer profitability and product performance.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to meet reporting and analytical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency through effective data governance practices.
- Develop and maintain reporting standards, data validation processes and master data.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis through data-driven insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, business intelligence and AI technologies.
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on reporting platforms and dashboards.
