We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Manage and track vehicle maintenance records and history
- Monitor and report on vehicle downtime and maintenance costs
- Assist in the development and implementation of fleet maintenance procedures and policies
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and effective repairs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in the management of fleet budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree
or diploma in logistics or fleet preferred
- 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including spreadsheets and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with fleet management software
- Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures
- Certification in fleet management or a related field
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional visits to the garage or maintenance facilities
- Regular working hours with occasional overtime as needed

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
