An extremely busy and fast paced salon in Tyger Valley is looking for a senior beauty therapist to join this fabulous team. This is a top salon handling very large volumes of guests every day. This brings it the opportunity to develop a loyal customer base and enjoy the associated earnings.
The salon is open 7 days a week and will require working weekends and public holidays. You will have 8-9 days off per month incl one full weekend off. Your regular shift will be 9-6pm with one late day of 10-7 during the week (Tuesday to Friday).
The store hours are
9-8pm Mon to Sat
9-5pm Sun
You will receive a free staff treatment each month valued at R500 and the opportunity to earn other incentives.
This role would suit a very experienced beauty therapist looking for an opportunity in a busy salon
We offer the full suite of beauty services and any successful candidate would have to be competent in the following services:
Advanced facials incl peels and microneedling
All types of massage
Be a waxing, threading and tinting expert
Lashes
Laser experience would be advantageous
We believe the person we are looking for will have the following minimum skills and qualifications (and we hope a lot of other hidden talents too!)
Matric qualification preferred
Proven experience developing a loyal customer base
Proven ability to learn new products and successfully retail to customers
Excellent at building relationships with both customers and staff
Excellent time management skills – we can not have treatments run over time in a full diary
