Reports To: Team Leader / Call Centre Manager
Job Purpose
The Call Centre Consultant is responsible for generating quality leads, assisting clients with financial wellness solutions, promoting the company's services, and ensuring clients receive professional, ethical, and excellent customer service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients to introduce TR FINANCIAL WELLNESS services.
- Conduct a basic assessment of clients' financial situations and identify their needs.
- Explain the benefits of services, including:
- Credit Profile Assessments
- Debt Review Investigation and Removal
- ITC Updates
- Adverse Listing Removal
- Judgment Removal
- Credit Profile Improvement
- Creditor Negotiations
- Affordable Debt Distribution
- Assistance with Vehicle Finance, Home Loans, and Personal Finance Readiness
- Generate qualified appointments and convert leads into paying clients.
- Follow up on all client enquiries promptly.
- Capture accurate client information and maintain complete records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, coaching sessions, and product knowledge training.
- Comply with all company rules, procedures, and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, debt review, or financial services environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Professional attitude with a passion for helping clients improve their financial wellbeing.

Working Hours
Working hours will be determined by the company and may be adjusted according to operational requirements.
Pay: R5 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
