An exciting opportunity is available to join this hospitality group as a Government Sales Manager, based in Cape Town. If you have a proven track record as a Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the tourism/hospitality sectors focussing on the government market, we would to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for government bodies, NGOs, and unions.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.

Conduct sales visits and workshops in Cape Town, Pretoria/Limpopo, and Mpumalanga.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Leverage existing client relationships to enhance business opportunities.

Promote and sell all properties in the group within South Africa
Qualifications and Competencies required:
Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the government market.
Established a database with strong relationships in the government sector.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel for quarterly sales visits and workshops.
