Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
- Minimum 2 years' recent retail sales experience in a physical retail store
- Proven experience assisting customers and actively selling products
- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Experience handling cash/card payments and using a POS/till
- Basic stock control experience
- Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good spoken English and customer communication skills
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to rotate/fill in at other branches when required
- Fragrance/beauty/cosmetics experience is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Actively approach, assist and sell to customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Recommend suitable products and upsell where appropriate
- Process cash and card transactions
- Receive, check and control stock
- Report stock discrepancies
- Maintain accurate basic administration
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Keep the store clean, organised and properly merchandised
- Balance till transactions and receipts
- Follow company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
