Position : Brand Manager
Location : Cape Town / JHB
Reporting to : Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Role
To develop the brand in South Africa through optimum use of the A&P investment tools; ensuring a 360ĚŠ approach to all marketing strategies, ultimately growing market share and brand image in South Africa.

Develop and execute brand strategies that align with commercial goals

Lead budgeting and business forecasting processes for your category

Monitor and analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity

Act as both planner and buyer, managing end-to-end product lifecycle

Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution

Deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and conversion

Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and product development

Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Category Manager role

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast and manage budgets

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Experience in planning and buying functions is highly advantageous

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Business/Marketing degree
5 years relevant experience in the cosmetics industry
