Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification in either Management or Hospitality (Highly Beneficial)

A minimum of 3 years General Management experience in a 3/4/5-star Boutique Hotel and +10 years’ experience in hospitality. (Essential)

Must be comfortable with events and good organisational skills.

Management of staff, finance experience, oversee reception, incoming sales conversions, stock take oversee etc
-
Important: can work with other cultures, team player and motivator

Strong personality and highly motivated

Excellent people skills, good at managing small teams.

Good financial acumen.

Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays.

Responsible for all hotel services/daily operations, such as guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense/budget management, team building, and employee development

Overseeing all stock sheets
-
PMS & reservations experience and vast knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.)

Must be available to start immediately.
