Team Leaders - Contact Centre
We are looking for 2 Team Leaders in our contact centre who are dynamic and are able to manage specific portfolios within our contact centre. They should be Self-driven and have keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include managing data and a team to produce quality results and great collections.
You would be required to attend to the following:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
