RCL FOODS is on the hunt for a Cashier to join our Commercial team in Rustenburg.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for receiving and depositing cash deposits, recording cash and ensuring security of the cash.
Cash deposits
Receive all cash deposits from drivers.
Make up bank.
Cash
Count cash received from drivers and balance with deposit slip.
Record cash and cheques in cashup summary.
Prepare deposit for bank.
Record seal numbers in register.
Security
Keep the cash office door locked at all times.
No authorised person allowed.
Lock cash in safe overnight.
Previous days taking to be removed from premises by 11:00 am next day.
Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics
Must reside in or around Rustenburg
Previous experience working in a similar role or environment is advantageous (cash office/banking)
