Contribute to Atlas Finances’ sustainable profitability by analysing data at an advanced level, developing algorithms and predictive models, and engineering complex data processing challenges to successfully predict future trends, engaging with stakeholders, identify opportunities and make sound, clear data driven business recommendations to leadership.
1. Design, develop and deploy advanced predictive and prescriptive models to drive decision making and improve business outcomes.
2. Conduct complex data analysis and create algorithms to solve critical business challenges, utilising tools such as machine learning, statistical modelling, and advanced data mining techniques.
3. Stay abreast of and apply latest technologies and methodologies in data science, machine learning, and AI.
4. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to all key stakeholders, non-technical audiences, and leadership, using visualisation and reports.
5. Take ownership, lead and drive data architecture and engineering decision-making to support analytics and business projects.
6. Develop automated data processes and systems to monitor, analyse and report on data accuracy and consistency and ensure resolution.
7. Collaborates and contributes meaningfully to teams and participates in projects across all domains to gain understanding of business needs and identify new data driven strategies for improvement and growth.
8. Implements Alpha and Beta testing frameworks and interprets the results to derive actionable insights.
9. Perform ETL functions, together with verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
