Requirements:
- CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC qualification
- Minimum 1+ year spa or aesthetics experience (5★ spa experience preferred)
- Strong retail drive and upselling skills
- Immaculate grooming, excellent communication & a passion for client care
- Knowledge with POS systems like Fresha , ESP, Salonbridge or Zenoti would be required.

- Upsell products & treatments confidently
